Check-in: from 4 p.m. independently with a code (you will receive the check-in information by email when you make your booking) or a member of staff will hand over the keys to you on site. Early check-in is only possible on request.

Check-out: by 9 a.m. (late check-out on request)

every 14 days free of charge (more frequently for a fee)

Bed linen: provided by us, changed every 14 days (more frequently: €5 per change)

Towels: can be booked for €2.00 per person/week

We provide the following free of charge in every apartment

Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Up to 49 days prior to arrival: 50% of the agreed total amount

Up to 36 days prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed total amount

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: 80% of the agreed total amount

Up to 3 days prior to arrival: 85% of the agreed total amount

Cancellation/no show on the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount
